The Drive Safe service may be cancelled at any  time, for any reason.  All membership fees paid within 30 days of cancellation are fully refundable.  Cancel/refund requests can be made by phone or in writing.  To cancel by phone, please call customer service at 800 997 8441.  Written notice of cancellation should be sent to Drive Safe LLC,  2333 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, KY, 40504.
